These honey soy garlic salmon bites are the perfect combination of sweet and savory flavors. Marinated in a rich glaze of honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil, then pan-seared to perfection, they make an easy and delicious meal served over rice or with your favorite veggies!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions:

  • Make the Marinade – In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chopped garlic, and oyster sauce.
  • Prepare the Salmon – Pat dry the salmon, remove the skin, and cut into cubes.
  • Marinate – Pour the marinade over the salmon and let it sit for at least 15-20 minutes. Leave some marinade to the side for later
  • Sear the Salmon – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and caramelized.
  • Glaze & Serve – Pour the remaining marinade into the pan and let it thicken slightly. Toss the salmon to coat. garnish with sesame seeds and green onions as an option.
