Crispy Lobster Bites Recipe – Easy and Delicious Appetizer

Ingredients:

  • 2-4 lobster tails
  • seafood seasoning
  • salt free AP seasoning
  • 2 cups of flour
  • Olive Oil (any frying oil)
  • green onion (optional garnish)
  • sweet chili sauce (optional dipping sauce)

Instructions:

  • Prep – Cut and clean the lobster tails, then remove them from the shell. Cut into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Season – In a small mixing bowl, combine your seasonings. Coat the lobster bites evenly with the seasoning mix.
  • Prepare the Coating – In a separate bowl or plastic bag, add flour and part of the seasoning mix. Shake or mix well to combine.
  • Coat the Lobster – Add the seasoned lobster bites to the flour mixture and shake until they’re completely coated.
  • Heat the Oil – In a deep pot or skillet, heat the frying oil over medium-high heat. Test the heat by adding a dash of flour—if it sizzles, the oil is ready.
  • Fry the Lobster – Carefully add your bites to the hot oil and fry for 5–7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Finish and Serve – Remove the lobster bites from the oil and drain on a paper towel. Top with chopped scallions and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Tips:

➡️ Double Fry feel free to double fry for an extra crispy bite. Cut down original cook time to 4-5 mins, let rest and double fry.
