Easy and Delicious Beet Juice

Beet juice is a powerhouse of nutrition, but let’s be honest—beets can be a little intimidating! Their bold color and earthy flavor often give them a bad reputation. But don’t let that stop you! Ingredients:

  • 2 beets
  • 2-3 red apples
  • 1 navel orange
  • 1 medium-sized carrot

Instructions:

  • Wash Your Produce – Rinse all ingredients thoroughly to remove dirt and debris.
  • Prep for Juicing/Blending – Peel and chop ingredients into smaller pieces for easier juicing or blending.
  • Juicer Method – Slowly press each ingredient through the juicer.
  • Blender Method – Add all ingredients with 8-10 ounces of water and blend until smooth.
  • Strain the Juice – If using a blender, pour the mixture through a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer to separate the juice from the pulp.
  • Store & Serve – Pour the juice into a sealed mason jar or airtight container and refrigerate.
  • Enjoy! – Serve fresh and feel the nutrient boost instantly!
TIPS:
