Whether you’re hosting a game night, prepping for a weeknight dinner, or throwing a party, wings are always the perfect choice. With endless seasoning combinations, it’s hard to go wrong, but if you’re looking for a classic and flavorful recipe, these oven-baked lemon pepper wings are a must-try.

Ingredients:
1 lb party wings
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp sf lemon pepper
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp olive oil
half of lemon
1 garlic bulb, chopped
6 tbsp butter

Prep the Chicken – In a large bowl, add clean and pat dried chicken wings.
Season the Chicken – Add all dry seasonings,baking powder, and 1tbsp olive oil to the chicken wings. Mix well
Prep the Baking Tray – Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Bake the Chicken – Lie chicken wings on the wire rack with space in between. Cook for 35 minutes, flipping at half mark.
Prepare Lemon Pepper Sauce – To a medium hot skillet add 1 tbsp olive oil and butter and let melt together. Add in chopped garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Squeeze in lemon juice from half the lemon and mix. Add in 1-2 tbsp of lemon pepper seasoning and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Combine Wings and Sauce – Once wings are done let rest for 5 minutes. Then toss them in the lemon pepper sauce and add freshparsley on top. to the skillet.
Finish & Serve – Dip your wings in some ranch or blue cheese and serve with a side or alone. For extra tang, squeeze more lemon on top.
