  • Mix the Burger Mixture – In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix until well combined and the mixture forms a burger-like texture.
  • Prep the Tortillas – Spread a thin layer of the burger mixture evenly onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Cook the Smash Burger Tacos – Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 2–3 tablespoons of oil of choice. Place the tortilla, meat side down and cook for 4–5 minutes adjusting based on the thickness of the patty. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.Serve and Top – Plate the tacos and add your favorite burger toppings. We recommend grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, and a drizzle of burger sauce for a bang of flavors!
TIPS:

➡️ Extra Crispy For extra crispiness, press down lightly on the tacos while cooking
➡️ Switch up the Cheese Try different cheeses or sauces to customize the flavor especially depending on the ground meat you chose. A swiss cheese would be great with ground chicken, and a yellow cheese like colby jack could be a great twist for ground beef.
